- Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Benefits are contingent upon full payment and begin upon confirmed receipt.
- Sponsors grant WITN permission to use their name and logo for promotional and marketing purposes in a professional manner.
- Sponsorship does not confer voting rights or governance authority within the Organization.
- WITN reserves the right to make reasonable benefit substitutions with advance notice.
